About
Hey,
I’m Arbara, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Play Therapist. While much of my work focuses on children and families, I also support college-age students and young adults navigating the unique challenges of this stage of life.
Young adulthood can be a time of transition, pressure, and self-discovery. I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and feeling overwhelmed or unsure of their next steps. My approach is warm, supportive, and relationship-based, with a focus on helping you better understand your emotions, build regulation skills, and feel more grounded in yourself.
My background in development and emotional health allows me to bring a deeper understanding of how past experiences and relationships shape the present, while still focusing on practical tools and meaningful change in your day-to-day life. Whether you’re adjusting to college, managing stress, or trying to make sense of what you’re feeling, therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and feel supported.
